Man is the reflection of God, not of matter; he is spiritual, not material; and thus capable of expressing divine qualities
— Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy, pg. 288

Most of us define ourselves by what we feel in our bodies: the exhaustion, the aches, or the labels the world gives us. But your true identity is actually much more beautiful. Think of yourself as a reflection. When you stand in front of a mirror, the reflection doesn't have its own separate life; it perfectly expresses the original.

You are God’s reflection. This means you aren't made of fragile material or past mistakes. You are made of the same stuff God is: Joy, Peace, and Life. You don't have to work hard to become spiritual. You already are. Today, when you feel limited or tired, remind yourself: "That’s not the original me. I am a clear, bright expression of Life itself." Notice what shifts when you do.
